Fall 2013 Game Times

Please let your teams know that due to ice scheduling this fall, you can expect to see 10pm and 11:15pm game times mid-week.

Division Layout Changes

abcNew for the Summer 2013 season: Division 4 and Division 5 will have three levels. Division # A, B & C rather than Upper & Lower.

A is the highest-skilled subdivision of a division where C would be a better focused “lower” as we did it in the Winter 2013 season.

This could pull some D3L teams in to D4A and D4L players into D5A but don’t sweat the number specifically. If that DOES happen you will have more fun this season, we promise!

D3U may now become D3A but we’re not 100% certain we will apply this to all divisions immediately. For D4 and D5 our goal is to allow teams to have more fun and play teams more often that are closest to their level.

Summer 2013 Draft League Is Here

CAHLThe Draft League is a Cincinnati, OH ice hockey league for skaters with a division 4 lower ability level and below (that’s about a lower C skill level equivalent for those used to the A-D Level Systems), including brand new skaters. Players are placed evenly on teams based on ability as determined at the Draft League Skate. Games are scheduled to be played on Tuesdays at 9pm at Northland Ice Center. Games will have one referee. Cost includes ice time, referee fees, the draft skate, a jersey (received at the first game after the draft skate) and 9 games for this summer season (typically 8 games during the fall & winter seasons for the same price due to the cost of ice time). All Cincinnati AHL leagues are “no checking” leagues.Questions? Call Tommy at 513-604-6777

The Winter 2016 Season is about to begin!

If you have registered to play in the leagues, you can start to expect calls the last week of December. Games will begin the first week of january. The cost remains the same at . The actual cost per player will very depending on your assigned team, number of players, etc. Good luck in the Winter 2016 season!
 

The Winter 2013 Season is about to begin!

CAHLIf you have registered to play in the leagues, you can start to expect calls the last week of December. Games will begin the first week of january. The cost remains the same at $1,750 per team but only $1,500 per team if you are paid in full by the start of your second game + $35 Per Game (Referee Dues). The actual cost per player will very depending on your assigned team, number of players, etc. Good luck in the Winter 2013 season!
 

A Reminder About Team Jerseys

This rule will be enforced more this season than in season past. All teams must have a light and a dark colored jersey. Jerseys don’t need to match exactly but must be white, black or all the same color. We will no longer allow teams with four or five different colors on the ice. Jerseys can be ordered at the pro shop for $15 ea or $200 per team for one full set of matching jerseys.

August 2, 2012 Web Update

Wow what a difference 24 hours makes! We’re well on our way to finishing the live-development website changes but we’re not done yet! I actually estimate I’ll need another week to get this thing ready for the Fall 2012 season and about a month to fine tune all the features, including user profiles and social network integration.
